BOOK 1. GENERAL TERMS
Dear people of the 21st century (and beyond) — we warmly welcome you to our small corner of the textile universe. Thank you for your interest in our designs. We take pride in craftsmanship and fairness, and these Terms are intended to reflect the same principles: clarity, transparency, and a pinch of human decency.
These Terms apply to all purchases made via our online shop at www.deionescu.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Definitions

Website / Web page / Site: Refers to www.deionescu.com and all its subdomains.

Site user: Anyone that browses on the Website.

Buyer / Client: An individual or a legal entity that places an Order through the Website.

Seller / We / Us: ORGANIC CLOTHING SRL & ORGANIC COUTURE SRL whose trading name is De IONESCU Est. 2019®

Order: An electronic document – acting like a contract – that confirms the stylishness of the Buyer and the faithfulness of the Seller.

Products / Goods: Any product, document or service listed in the Order – and purchased through the Website – to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.

Intellectual Property Rights: All content of all Website pages (texts, images, multimedia, graphics, logos, designs, and so on…), and all intangible rights such as know-how, copyrights, database rights, model rights, patents, trademarks, and domain names are the exclusive property of De IONESCU Est. 2019®.
2. Offer & Contract
All product listings on www.deionescu.com are non-binding offers.
The contract is formed when:

You place an order via our website, and

We confirm your order by email (this is not the automatic confirmation you receive after placing the order, but a separate confirmation we send manually).
If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., due to limited availability), we’ll inform you promptly and refund your payment.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in EUR (€) and include Romanian VAT (currently 19%).
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:

Orders must be paid in full before shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship your orders with GLS, DPD, or DHL (for remote or international addresses).
Shipping times:

Romania: 1–3 business days

EU: 3–7 business days

Worldwide: 7–14 business days
We’ll provide a tracking number once your parcel is on its way. If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days (EU) or 21 days (international), please contact us at servus@deionescu.com.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your garments. If something doesn't fit or feel right:

You may return items within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, simply email us: servus@deionescu.com
We’ll send you the return instructions based on your location.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
6. Defects & Warranty
We create everything with love and care, but if an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us with photos within 7 days of receipt.
In such cases, we’ll offer:

A replacement (if available), or

A repair, or
-
A full refund.
This does not apply to damage caused by improper care (e.g., machine washing items that must be hand-washed).
7. Responsibility for Content
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, sizes, and photos are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, and fit may occur — and that's part of the charm. These garments are made by real people, usually in small batches, not machines. This means each piece is slightly unique. It also means less waste, better quality control, and a lighter footprint on the planet. Due to the use of natural materials and artisanal methods, there may be subtle differences between pieces or small deviations from the size chart.
8. Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Your data is used solely for processing your order and will never be shared with third parties except for shipping and payment services. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and all contracts are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
10. Final Words
We are a small team with big hearts. If something goes wrong — talk to us. We're always willing to listen and find a good solution.
