DESIGNER'S NOTE
Some outfits get you through the day. The Retezat set gets you through the room.
The "Deva" trouser and "Snagov" waistcoat — cut from the same 260 gsm French flax linen, woven in Spain — were made to be worn together. Not because they match. Because they agree.
The linen has opinions. It breathes on its own terms, holds its shape without being asked, and gets more interesting the longer you know it. In forest green, it carries the kind of quiet authority that doesn't need to announce itself.
The waistcoat sits clean and deliberate — three wooden buttons closing a conversation that didn't need many words to begin with. Inside, a printed half-lining you'll only see if you're close enough to matter. The trousers follow: three forward pleats at the high waist, a straight leg that falls exactly where it should, a back zip keeping the front line uninterrupted.
You put the set on and things fall in line.
Your posture.
Your plans.
Your afternoon.
Every stitch is done by hand in our own atelier in Transylvania. Both pieces available separately.
You don't wear the Retezat set to be noticed. You wear it to make sure no one forgets you were in the room.
