We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. But if something doesn’t spark joy, you may request a return by completing our Return Form. We will reply with confirmation within 5 business days — thank you for your patience!

🕰️ Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery for all standard-size items, provided they meet the following conditions:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unaltered
Undamaged
With all original tags attached
In original packaging

Returns outside of the 14-day window, or involving items that show signs of wear, use, or alterations, may be refused at our discretion. Punctuality is the politeness of kings.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased from the “Bargain Boutique” (already discounted)
Custom-made orders or any item altered, tailored, or adjusted at the client’s request
Trousers with inseams shorter than 76 cm (30")

💰 Refunds & Fees

If your return is approved, we will issue the refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for purchase.

Payment Processing Fees: For pre-shipment cancellations, third-party payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. For returns after delivery made within our return policy, we do not deduct processing fees.

If a wire transfer refund is required, kindly provide your IBAN and SWIFT code.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping the receipt until the return is confirmed. De IONESCU Est. 2019® is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, but you return items and your final order value falls below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original shipping cost as follows:

Romania: 15 RON
Eastern Europe: from €5.00
Western Europe: from €6.90
UK & Nordic countries: €26.90 (DHL Express)
USA & Canada: €33.90 (~$38) (DHL Express)

⚠️ Remote Area Notice (DHL Express)

Please note: DHL Express may apply additional fees for deliveries to certain remote areas. If your address is affected by this surcharge, we reserve the right to:

suggest an alternative shipping method,
propose a shared-cost solution, or
cancel the order and issue a full refund if no reasonable option can be agreed upon.
