📦 Domestic Shipping – Romania

Free shipping for orders of 300 RON or more.
Orders under 300 RON have a flat rate of 20 RON.
Delivery in 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Shipped with Urgent CARGUS.
+5 RON added to each order with "Cash on Delivery" option

We are temporarily unable to ship to customers within the European Union. We are working to resume EU deliveries as soon as possible.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or would like to be notified when EU shipping resumes, please contact us at servus@deionescu.com — we reply personally, in whatever language works for you.

On top of that, you can order in Europe from our Dutch partners at Shop Like You Give a Damn. Access the website and place an order there. If it is a gift for someone, please write us an email, so we can plan accordingly.

Shipped via DHL Express.

Free shipping for orders over 300 USD.
Orders under 300 USD: 33.90 EUR (~38 USD) flat rate.

Delivery time:
2–5 business days, depending on customs.

We ship worldwide using DHL Express.
Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds may vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

🕒 Processing & Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours if in stock.
If not in stock, production and fulfillment may take up to 14 days.
Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 local time.

🔍 Tracking & Customs

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Please be aware that for non-EU countries, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

⚠️ Remote Area Surcharge (DHL Express)

Please note that DHL Express applies an additional surcharge for deliveries to certain remote or hard-to-access locations, which may significantly increase the shipping cost — sometimes even doubling it.

In such cases, we reserve the right to contact you before dispatch to either:

propose an alternative shipping method,
offer to split the additional cost,
or cancel and fully refund your order if no reasonable alternative is found.

We always aim to find the most fair and efficient solution, and will reach out immediately if your address is affected.

🎁 Promotions & Free Shipping

From time to time, De IONESCU® runs free shipping promotions. These are applied automatically at checkout.

If you return an item purchased during such a promotion, original shipping costs will not be refunded, and standard return fees apply.
