HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We believe that everyone should wear hemp clothes because they are a sustainable sound option for the future of our planet. So to walk our talk, we designed and created hemp pieces in a fashionably elegant manner and we desire, in the same way, to make the online shopping experience a clear and as simple as ABC process for you.
We recommend you first to browse around the website, inform yourself about hemp before purchasing anything. Then visit our Shop section where you shall find only state-of-art 100% hemp products. Put some music that you like on the background. It will relax you and it will help you to make outstanding decisions.
Read every Designer’s Note – we actually took the time to write them for each product to have its own story – and leave no stone unturned until you haven’t found the garb that you desire.
Move on, select your size – feel free to consult our Size Advisor for a better match –, the color, the quantity and press the ADD TO CART button.
In the section View cart one can double-check the item selected, change the quantity – based on our stock availability –, add the shipping address and then press Proceed to checkout button. Fill in the information required for the delivery, select the payment method and hit the Place order button. Then, once the order is completed, you can congratulate yourself for having such a taste in style.
BUT WAIT, HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
Hakuna matata– No troubles, no problems, no worries. Once you filled in everything and our partner NETOPIA Mobilpay or STRIPE processed successfully your card and payment, you will receive an email confirmation that will contain your order number and the details of everything that you have ordered.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We’re cool here and you don’t need to create an account per se, to place an Order with us. But if you do, you will have more benefits and a surprise too (which we cannot tell you now because then it wouldn’t be a surprise anymore). Anyway, creating an account will provide you with the following benefits:
- You will be the first one to know about everything
- You can track your orders and review past purchases
- You can make returns and exchanges easier
- You can manage your delivery and billing addresses and thus, save time for faster purchasing, because time is the most precious commodity you have.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE ORDER?
After we dispatched your parcel, you will receive an e-mail stating a Track & Trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel. You can also Login to your personal account and check the order status.
WHAT IF I FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD ?
In case of such event, click on the ”Login” at the top right hand of the Website, then click on ”Forgotten password” and enter the email address that you used to create your account. A new password will be automatically sent to you. In case you still need help, please write us at hello@deionescu.com.
PRODUCT
WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
All products are ethically handcrafted with love in a small atelier in the city of Sibiu, Transylvania region, Romania. Our team consists of two designers, one pattern cutter and 12 sewers. We work only with 100% hemp fabric and no blends. For our products, we use only high quality hemp fibers spun and woven locally by our partners that have more than 60+ years experience in hemp processing.
HOW TO FIND MY SIZE?
For a perfect fit, we kindly advise all our customers to double-check the Size Advisor available in each product page or in the Services section at the bottom of the Website. Simultaneously, feel free to write us and we would be thrilled to assist you.
WHAT IF MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE OR THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?
If the desired product or your size is no longer available, you can select to be informed by email of its future availability by indicating your email address in the reserved area. When more sizes become available they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase. Furthermore, we can facilitate other options, such as Made-to-Measure or Bespoke.
PAYMENT
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ORDER?
Payments for the products can be made online via credit card. We accept VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
CASH ON DELIVERY is accepted only for orders delivered domestically.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENTY I PAY IN?
To change the currency, simply change the ”Currency link” at the right left hand side of the screen.
We and our partners offer you five choices: RON – Romanian Leu, EUR – Euros, USD – United States Dollar and GBP – Pound Sterling.
IS THE PAYMENT TOTALLY SECURE?
Payments are made through NETOPIA MobilPay or STRIPE, which uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transfer on the network. Once you have completed your payment, you will receive a notification to your email address. The lack of this notification from the online processor indicates that the transaction has not been successfully completed.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
De IONESCU offers door-to-door express delivery services to over 200 countries worldwide.
WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR SHIPPING AN ORDER?
Your parcel is usually shipped within 48h of the confirmation of your order, if the product is in stock, except for orders received on Friday which are shipped on the following Monday.
For Custom-Made orders, the completion time required can be up to 1 month.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
De IONESCU® estimated shipping time vary by weight and destination. All orders should arrive within 1 – 7 business days upon shipment, depending on the custom protocol of the country the shipment is entering.
For Romania: Orders equal or above 200 LEI, benefit from FREE SHIPPING.
For European Union, United Kingdom & North America: Orders equal or above €200 EUR, benefit from FREE SHIPPING.
For Rest of the World: Orders equal or above €300 EUR, benefit from FREE SHIPPING.
You should expect your delivery between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note that delivery into extended areas may take a day or two longer.
Customer is responsible for any additional customs fees and taxes which may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Making a return or exchange is as easy as pie. Just fill in the Return Form that you’ll find in the Return Policy section, indicating the order number and the reason behind your choice. You will then receive a confirmation email within 5 days with the returns instructions and the procedure to follow.
All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of your delivery. The products must be returned in their original packaging and with all the tags still attached.
You can only make one free change request per order.
At De IONESCU we accept Returns within 30 days period for all Standard Size products.
Custom made orders, meaning items that were altered, tailored, adjusted or customized at client’s request are not eligible for a return. Furthermore, discounted products and final sale items are not eligible for a refund.
The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit, while he/she has to bear also the shipping cost of the return.

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS?
We shall inform you via email as soon as we’ve received your item(s). If after 10 working days we haven’t get back to you, please do contact us.
REFUNDS
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If the return solicitation is approved, the refund will be processed up to 10 business days after receipt and will be issued in the same form as the initial payment.
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
