Return Policy

De IONESCU® feels truly honoured that you opted for our style. Cin-cin! 

We are here to ensure you are totally jubilant with your order. If you aren’t in high spirits with your purchase, please complete the Return Form and let us know about it. We will follow up with a confirmation e-mail within 5 working days. Patience is a virtue (but is it yours?)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are:

(1) shipped after the 30-days grace period - Punctuality is the politeness of kings.

(2) worn - We know it. We've seen it. It happened before. And in major capital cities, as well. Buy the suit, wear it for your wedding, dry clean it and return it.

(3) washed

(4) altered

(5) damaged in any way (sometimes and if it's your cat, we get it...)

The products must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags still attached. 

If the return solicitation is approved by our team of experts, the refund will be processed up to 10 working days after receipt and will be issued in the same form as the initial payment. For a wire transfer, please write us your bank details. 

At De IONESCU® we accept Returns within 30-Days period for Standard Size products only! 

Custom made orders, meaning items that were altered, tailored, adjusted or customized at client's request are not eligible for a return.

Please note that trousers with inseams smaller than 30" (76 cm) are no longer eligible for a return or exchange. 

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit, alongside all the associated costs of a return, worth of €5 EUR (packaging, snack, time). 

For each inseam made for a pair of pants and returned there will be a €6 EUR fee. 

De IONESCU® is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control. De IONESCU® does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

De IONESCU® has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy, so please be kind with our pieces. Be kind to yourself.
